Embedded payment infrastructure

Payment infrastructure for embedded payments that fit your product.

Civixora is a U.S.-only payments technology company building a non-custodial software layer for eligible businesses and platforms. Connect merchant onboarding, hosted checkout, payment APIs, and partner-led payment operations without pretending the platform is the bank, processor, or acquirer.

Version 1 operating model

Built for visibility, not custody.

Civixora Systems owns the software layer: merchant experience, embedded payment workflows, APIs, adapters, onboarding, reporting, and support context. An approved PayFac, PSP, processor, or acquiring partner remains authoritative for the payment account, underwriting approval, capability activation, settlement, reserves, holds, and network rules.

Partner-led embedded payments

Civixora provides the software layer while an approved PayFac, PSP, processor, or acquirer owns the payment program, merchant account, settlement, and network decisions.

Merchant onboarding infrastructure

Collect the business context, evidence, partner status, and activation requirements that make an embedded payment program understandable and supportable.

Provider-reported operations

Connect payment events, fees, settlements, disputes, and reconciliation references without holding merchant funds or collecting raw card data.

Merchant and admin surfaces

A control room for disciplined payment operations.

The product surface is designed for underwriters, compliance administrators, risk analysts, finance teams, and merchants who need a precise shared view of readiness, restrictions, processor status, disputes, and reconciliation.

Embedded checkout

Hosted or tokenized payment collection that keeps card entry upstream and ties each session to the approved merchant capability.

Merchant onboarding

Business profile, ownership, products, domains, fulfillment, partner evidence, and an explicit next action for every review state.

Payment APIs and events

Merchant-scoped references, idempotent commands, signed webhooks, and capability checks for platform and developer teams.

Operational records

Role-aware access, audit history, support context, and processor-reported settlement and dispute information in one operational surface.

Approval path

Partner approval and platform readiness are separate facts.

A platform can prepare the merchant experience and integration, but live payment capability depends on the approved PayFac, PSP, processor, or acquirer. A software status never overrides a partner decline, suspension, capability limit, or required review.

Safety rules

Designed to keep the payment boundary clear.

The platform rejects concealed merchants, unapproved products or domains, sanctions evasion, processor restriction bypassing, false merchant information, and any workflow that hides the real business activity from the approved partner.
