Information collected through the website
When you request a payment review, we collect the ordinary business details you submit: company name, contact name, work email, public website, country, business category, and estimated processing volume. Please do not send cardholder data, bank data, identity documents, or beneficial-owner information through the marketing form.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to the request, understand whether a payment review conversation is appropriate, and operate the website securely. We do not use the marketing form to collect payment credentials or complete sensitive merchant underwriting.
Website measurement
When enabled for this website, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure aggregated page and performance signals to help us improve reliability and the payment-review journey. The application sends only the page path to these services, never form entries, email addresses, names, company details, or URL query parameters.
Data boundaries
The V1 payment architecture is designed around upstream hosted payment fields and tokenized references. Civixora must not collect or store raw PAN, CVV, magnetic-stripe data, or full card numbers.
Before production launch
Retention periods, data-subject rights processes, legal holds, vendor terms, cross-border processing, cookies, and the final privacy notice require counsel and partner review. This page will be replaced or expanded when those inputs are approved.
