Merchant eligibility

A clear eligibility standard for legitimate payment processing requests.

Civixora supports legal merchants subject to partner-program compatibility and underwriting. It is not a platform for hiding activity, manipulating payment classifications, or bypassing financial controls.

What every merchant must provide

A merchant must accurately describe its legal entity, trading name, products or services, public domains, jurisdictions, ownership, fulfillment model, and requested payment activity. The submitted operating profile must remain aligned with the approved partner program.

Activity we do not support

We do not support illegal commerce, fraudulent or deceptive businesses, transaction laundering, concealed merchant identities, MCC miscoding, sanctions evasion, another merchant's MID, unlicensed gambling, unlawful controlled-substance sales, or products and domains outside the approved scope.

This is a public summary, not a complete legal policy. Final merchant eligibility and program terms require partner and legal review before production use.

Signals that slow or stop a review

A review may pause when the public website, legal entity, products, ownership, billing terms, fulfillment model, or expected processing profile do not line up. It may stop when the activity is outside the partner program, evidence is incomplete, a sanctions concern is unresolved, or the business cannot explain how customers are served.

The practical response is not to change the story to fit a program. It is to correct the record, provide the missing evidence through the appropriate secure channel, or accept that the request is not a fit.
